I had a job for over 10 years working for an insurance company from my home. Although I didn't love the job itself, the flexibility it gave was wonderful and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I have two little boys and working from home saves a lot of headaches. I am now working mornings in an office and afternoons from home, so I luckily still have the flexibility I need to balance work and life issues.
